At Lethbridge Vehicle we can only provide certificates for events that occurred in Alberta.
Certain eligibility requirements must be met before you can order a certificate through our office, as well as supplying proper identification at the time of ordering.
We do carry application forms for other provinces, but it is up to the client to apply through that province in which the event took place.
Birth Certificates / Marriage Certificates
Lethbridge Vehicle can provide Certificates for individuals born / married / death in Alberta.
You can download the application form and bring the completed form to our office for processing. The cost is $40.95 per certificate ordered.
· All certificate applications must provide proper, valid identification.
Examples of acceptable ID:
-Drivers License / Alberta Identification Card
-Treaty Status Card
Only one size of certificate is available. There is a difference of content on the types certificates, one includes the name & birthplaces of the parents and the other does not.
Please insure you are ordering the correct certificate for your needs.
For people currently living outside the province, you must complete the
Non-Resident application form & follow the instructions on the application.
All Certificates will be mailed to your home address within 7-10 business days.
If you require a RUSH certificate - there is a charge of $25.00 (courier fee) and the certificate can usually be delivered within 3 business days.
